About Robert L. Stockton, Attorney at Law

Robert has been a licensed attorney in Oklahoma since 1996. He is licensed in the State of Oklahoma and in every United States Federal District Court in Oklahoma. Robert is a veteran of the U.S. Army and the Oklahoma Army National Guard, having the distinct honor to serve his country in Operation Desert Storm.

As for his education, Robert graduated from High School in Wister, OK and followed that with an Associates Degree in Science from Carl Albert State College in Poteau, OK. Robert continued and received his undergraduate, B.B.A. in Business Administration, degree from Northeastern State University, in Tahlequah, OK, and his law degree from the University of Tulsa, College of Law. While at the University of Tulsa, Robert was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and a Staff Member of the Energy Law Journal.

In his professional career Robert has served in the Military Police for the United States Army; been a registered representative for an estate planning firm in Tulsa; served as Assistant District Attorney for District 16 (LeFlore and Latimer Counties) in Oklahoma; and served as Managing Partner of two law firms in the State of Oklahoma.

Robert’s main areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Business Law, Probate, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Insurance Disputes.
